6 Caiguas in strips

cup of Oil

1 Chopped onion

2 tablespoons of Milled aji mirasol

½ cup of Water

1 Meat cube

½ cup of Milk

150 grams of Crumbled fresh cheese

500 grams of Boiled potatoes

Chopped cilantro

3 Boiled eggs

Garlic

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Cumin

Preparation
