300 grams of Mushrooms
1 cup of Chinese beans
3 cups of Cooked rice
¾ cup of Minced chinese onions
¼ cup of Sillao (soy sauce)
2 tablespoons of Oyster sauce
½ cup of Chinese peas
3 Eggs
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : The recipe begins by searing the chicken pieces in a skillet with a little oil.
Step 2 : Once ready, they are set aside.
Step 3 : Then, prepare an omelet with the eggs, salt, and pepper, which is then cut into strips and set aside.
Step 4 : In the same skillet where the chicken was cooked, brown the mushrooms for a few minutes.
Step 5 : Next, add the peas, beans, and rice, and sauté all ingredients together.
