Ingredients

2 cans of Tuna fillet

5 Lemon juice

3 Julienned onions

2 Chopped fresh chili peppers

8 Lettuce leaves

6 Slices of cooked sweet potato

6 Slices of cooked corn

2 tablespoons of Chopped celery

1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley

1 tablespoon of Yellow chili powder

1 teaspoon of Ground garlic

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the tuna salad, start by mixing the julienned onion with the lemon juice and chopped celery.

Step 2 : Next, add the tuna and incorporate the chopped fresh chili peppers, chili powder, and ground garlic, mixing all the ingredients well.

Step 3 : Season the mixture with salt and pepper and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Step 4 : Then, place the salad on a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and cilantro, and garnish with lettuce leaves.

Step 5 : Finally, serve accompanied by slices of cooked sweet potato and corn.
