Ingredients

1 Wonton dough package

6 Grilled sausages

2 Avocados

1 Large white onion

2 Tomatoes

Oil

Lemon juice

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by cutting all the sausages in half and frying them in a pan without oil.

Step 2 : It is recommended to remove the casing from the sausages once fried.

Step 3 : Then, chop them into small cubes and set aside.

Step 4 : On the other hand, roll out the wonton dough and place the chopped sausage at one end, moistening the edges with water and rolling into a cylinder shape for frying.

Step 5 : Another option is to put a good amount of sausage in the middle of the wonton, moisten the edges, cover, and form a filled rectangle for frying.

Step 6 : For the guacamole, peel the avocados and mash them with a fork until forming a smooth paste.

Step 7 : Add a bit of oil, chopped tomatoes, diced onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; mix everything together, and it will be ready to accompany the tequeños.

Step 8 : Enjoy!
