Ingredients

6 Creole tomatoes

3 cans of Canned tuna

1 cup of Chopped celery

1 cup of Chopped spinach leaves

½ cup of Pelleted, grated carrot

1 cup of Cooked and peeled white potato, cubed

1 cup of Sweet corn

Lemon juice

¼ cup of Olive oil

¼ cup of Apple juice

1 tablespoon of Mustard

2 tablespoons of Ground yellow chili pepper

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cutting off the tops of the tomatoes and setting them aside.

Step 2 : Next, remove the seeds using a spoon.

Step 3 : In a bowl, mix the tuna, celery, spinach, carrot, potato, and corn, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 4 : Add the lemon juice and mix everything very well.

Step 5 : In a separate container, blend the oil together with the apple juice and yellow chili pepper.

Step 6 : Pour this mixture into the previous filling and stir evenly.

Step 7 : Then, stuff the tomatoes with this mixture and cover with the reserved tops.

Step 8 : Once ready, serve the stuffed tomatoes and enjoy this delicious dish.
