Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients

6 Large potatoes

1 kilogram of Meat

3 Tomatoes

2 Garlic cloves

½ Chopped onion

2 Eggs

150 grams of Cooked rice

1 cup of Liquid milk

Wheat flour

Powdered oregano

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place enough water and add the previously peeled and chopped potatoes.

Step 2 : Wait for the water to boil and add salt.

Step 3 : Once the potatoes are ready, set aside and prepare a mash with them.

Step 4 : In a saucepan, prepare a sauté with the tomatoes, garlic, onion, oregano, pepper, and salt to taste.

Step 5 : After sautéing, incorporate the ground meat and stir.

Step 6 : To ensure the meat cooks well, add a bit of water.

Step 7 : Meanwhile, cook the rice and boil an egg in another pot.

Step 8 : Once ready, mix the rice, meat, and chopped cooked egg.

Step 9 : Form small balls with the potato mash and fill them with the ground meat mixture.

Step 10 : Ensure they are well sealed by adding more potato mash and shaping them.

Step 11 : Pass the balls through a mixture of egg, wheat flour, and milk, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 12 : Then, fry until golden and serve.
