Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Mushrooms
1 Chopped onion
1 Chopped leek
2 Sausages
½ cup of Heavy cream
1 Chopped parsley branch
Parmesan cheese
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the mushrooms at the stem and carefully chop them.
Step 2 : Then, it is important to pass them through hot water to clean them properly.
Step 3 : In a skillet, sauté the onion and leek.
Step 4 : Then add the reserved mushroom stems and the crumbled sausage, mixing well and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5 : Add the parsley, cream, and a little Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
Step 6 : To stuff the mushrooms, place the preparation on a greased baking tray.
Step 7 : Optionally, sprinkle some extra Parmesan cheese before baking to gratinate for 15 minutes.
