Ingredients
2 Ripe avocados
100 grams of Cooked and shredded chicken
½ Chopped red onion
1 Chopped celery stalk
½ cup of Mayonnaise
1 cup of Cherry tomatoes
1 Fresh parsley stalk
1 Lemon
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the stuffed avocados, start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the seeds.
Step 2 : It is important to add lemon juice to the avocados to prevent the pulp from browning.
Step 3 : In a bowl, combine the chicken, celery leaves, onion, parsley, and mayonnaise, making sure to mix all ingredients evenly.
