Ingredients

2 Avocados

Lemon juice

½ kilogram of Chicken meat

2 Medium carrots, cooked and chopped

1 cup of Cooked corn on the cob

4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

¼ cup of Chopped parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 Cooked egg

Lettuce

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, boil the chicken breast and shred it.

Step 2 : Then, de-kernel the corn and peel the egg.

Step 3 : Grate the carrot and chop the parsley.

Step 4 : Next, wash the lemons and squeeze them, reserving the juice.

Step 5 : Then, mix the carrot, parsley, and lemon juice.

Step 6 : In a bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, carrot, corn, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7 : Peel and cut the avocado in half, then fill the hole left by the seed with the mixture.

Step 8 : Finally, serve on a plate and it’s ready to enjoy.
