Squid Ceviche
Ingredients
12 Squid
6 Lemons
3 Garlic cloves
3 Tomatoes
2 Chopped onions
1 Yellow chili pepper
1 Rocoto
Chopped parsley
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Fresh squid should be cleaned without cutting the cones, carefully removing the ink sac, and cutting into two-centimeter pieces.
Step 2 : Then, place them in a colander, pour boiling water over them, drain, and place in a dish.
Step 3 : To prepare the sauce, blend garlic cloves with the yellow chili pepper and lemon juice, then pour over the squid, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 4 : Next, add chopped onion and let it marinate for half an hour.
Step 5 : Finally, garnish with rocoto pepper and chopped parsley, and serve with lemon and sliced rocoto.
Step 6 : This dish can be accompanied with tomato halves as a garnish.
