Seafood Stuffed Causa
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Yellow potatoes
3 Lemon juice
¼ cup of Vegetable oil
Yellow chili powder
2 Boiled eggs sliced
Chopped parsley
300 grams_plural of Shell removed prawns
300 grams_plural of Squid rings
2 Avocado slices
2 Lemons
Golf sauce
Mayonnaise
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious causa, start by cooking the potatoes in a pot with water and salt until tender.
Step 2 : Then peel and mash them, adding salt, pepper, lemon, chili, and oil, and let it cool.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, cook the prawns and squids in boiling water, let them cool and set aside.
Step 4 : Layer the causa in a mold, alternating layers of mayonnaise, avocado, prawns, and squids with golf sauce.
Step 5 : Repeat the layers and refrigerate.
Step 6 : Before serving, unmold the causa and decorate with boiled eggs, prawns, parsley, and lettuce.
