Raw Rocoto Salsa
Ingredients
2 Chopped rocotos
¼ cup of Sugar
¼ cup of Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Oil
4 Chopped onions
1 Lemon juice
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, the rocotos should be placed in a large container with water mixed with sugar and vinegar.
Step 2 : It is recommended to soak the rocotos in this mixture for 5 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, drain them and change the water twice more to remove excess vinegar.
Step 4 : Subsequently, drain again and place in another container, where you will add oil, lemon juice, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
Step 5 : Mix everything evenly and then serve as a condiment.
