Peruvian Stuffed Causa
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Boiled yellow potatoes
1 cup of Ground yellow chili pepper
1 Lemon
2 cans of Tuna
1 Chopped onion into small cubes
1 cup of Mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Bell peppers
Preparation
Step 1 : First, peel and mash the potatoes.
Step 2 : Then, mix the potatoes with the chili, salt to taste, and the juice of half a lemon, and knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Step 3 : If the potato doesn't hold together well, add a little oil and knead again until achieving the desired consistency.
Step 4 : In another bowl, place the onion and season with salt, juice of half a lemon, shredded tuna, and half of the mayonnaise.
Step 5 : Next, place the potato mixture in a cake mold, followed by the tuna, mayonnaise, and lemon juice mixture, and finally, another layer of potato.
Step 6 : To decorate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, julienned bell peppers, and mayonnaise.
