Ingredients

6 Large potatoes

4 Large carrots

½ kilogram of Tuna

150 grams of Cheese

5 Boiled eggs

250 grams of Peas

250 grams of Green beans

100 grams of Olives

Olive oil

Chopped parsley

Mayonnaise

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this salad, cook the potatoes, carrots, and eggs in a pot with boiling water.

Step 2 : Once the ingredients are cooked, dice the potatoes, carrots, and cheese into small cubes.

Step 3 : In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes and carrots, cheese, flaked tuna, small cheese cubes, chopped boiled eggs, cooked peas, chopped green beans, sliced olives, and chopped parsley.

Step 4 : Next, add mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 5 : Mix everything very well to blend the flavors.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the salad ready to enjoy.
