Ingredients

8 Large potatoes
4 Carrots
3 Beets
250 grams of Peas
250 grams of Green beans
250 grams of Tuna
3 Eggs
1 Lemon (juice)
Mayonnaise
Cilantro
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Begin by thoroughly washing all vegetables and eggs, making sure they are completely clean.
Step 2 : Then, cook the potatoes, carrots, beets, green beans, and eggs until they are just done.
Step 3 : Once cooled, cut the cooked potatoes, carrots, beets, and green beans into small cubes.
Step 4 : In a large bowl, add these ingredients along with the cooked peas, flaked tuna, and chopped eggs.
Step 5 : Next, pour in the lemon juice and mayonnaise, then season with salt, pepper, and cilantro to taste.
