Peruvian Ceviche
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Corvina fillet
3 Shredded onions
10 Lemons
1 ½ tablespoon of Chopped cilantro
5 Crushed garlic cloves
3 Lettuce leaves
3 Yellow sweet potatoes
8 Corn kernels in slices
1 Limo chili in slices
5 Chopped limo chili
1 Pepper
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, first cook the corn in 2 cm slices with a few grains of anise.
Step 2 : Next, cook the sweet potatoes, peel them, and cut into 2 cm slices.
Step 3 : Then, wash the fish with water and salt, and cut into 1 to 2 cm cubes.
Step 4 : Afterward, slice the onion thinly and add salt.
Step 5 : Place the fish in a dish and season with crushed garlic and salt, add the chopped limo chili, freshly squeezed lemon, pepper, and chopped cilantro.
Step 6 : Let it rest for 10 minutes and taste the level of spiciness of the juice.
