Peruvian Caesar Salad

Ingredients

2 Large lettuce

4 Garlic cloves

1 Boiled egg

1 cup of Parmesan cheese

1 Lemon (juice)

300 grams of Chicken breast

3 Tomatoes

200 grams of Toasted bread

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, cut the chicken breast into pieces or cubes, and lightly brown them in a skillet.

Step 2 : Then, add a little water and salt to cook it inside, and set aside.

Step 3 : In a separate bowl, pour in the mashed boiled egg, one crushed garlic clove, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Step 4 : Blend and mix everything very well to obtain a sauce or dressing, using a whisk if desired.

Step 5 : Next, add the Parmesan cheese and beat until integrated.

Step 6 : If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to adjust the consistency.

Step 7 : In another bowl, place the chopped lettuce, the previously cooked chicken pieces, toasted bread pieces, diced tomatoes (optional), a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 8 : Finally, pour the prepared dressing over the salad and gently toss everything to combine all flavors.

Step 9 : The salad will be ready to serve.
