Peruvian Anchovy Ceviche
Ingredients
4 Anchovy pieces
1 cup of Lime juice
2 Limo chilis chopped
1 tablespoon of Crushed garlic
Lettuce leaves
2 Thinly sliced onions
Ground chili
4 Cooked corn
2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley
4 Cooked sweet potatoes
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the anchovy pieces in a bowl.
Step 2 : Mix the onions, chilis, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, and well combine. Cover the anchovies with this mixture and let it marinate for half an hour, occasionally stirring.
Step 3 : Decorate a serving dish with lettuce leaves.
Step 4 : Place the anchovy ceviche in the center with all its juice.
Step 5 : Around it, arrange slices of cooked corn and sweet potatoes.
