Paiche Ceviche
Ingredients
300 milliliters of Lime juice
300 milliliters of Sour orange
400 milliliters of Fish broth
½ kilogram of White fish
1 Celery
1 Small onion
½ Red onion
3 Chilies
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
½ tablespoon of Chopped ginger
2 Bell peppers
Chopped cilantro
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, wash the fish and cut it into pieces.
Step 2 : Then, in a bowl or glass container, add lime juice, sour orange, fish broth, julienned onion, small chopped chilies, crushed garlic, ginger, chopped peppers, and cilantro.
Step 3 : After mixing all the ingredients, add the fish and stir well.
Step 4 : Cover and let it sit for a whole day to allow the flavors to blend.
