Ingredients
1 kilogram of Yellow potatoes
5 Yellow chilies
2 Peeled garlic cloves
400 grams of Fresh cheese
½ cup of Vegetable oil
2 Cooked eggs
4 Botija olives
Lettuce
1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious chili sauce, the first step is to remove veins and seeds from the chilies, then carefully wash them by rubbing between your fingers.
Step 2 : Next, heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the chopped chilies together with the garlic until well cooked.
Step 3 : Once the chilies are ready, blend the mixture with cheese and oil until a smooth cream is obtained.
Step 4 : If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little milk to reach the desired consistency.
Step 5 : To serve, place the sauce over halved cooked potatoes and decorate with boiled eggs, olives, and lettuce leaves.
