Hot Fish Ceviche

Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Fish fillet

1 kilogram of Shrimp

2 cups of Water

36 Shellfish

1 cup of Lemon juice

3 teaspoons of Chopped garlic

3 Julienne sliced onions

1 Lettuce

2 cups of Cooked corn

2 Sweet potatoes in slices

3 tablespoons of Vegetable oil

8 Yellow chili peppers

3 tablespoons of Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The fish should be cut into 2 x 2 cm (1 x 1 inch) pieces.

Step 2 : Then, clean the shrimp, peel the tails, and clean the shellfish.

Step 3 : Proceed to blend the fresh yellow chili peppers with the water.

Step 4 : Next, season the fish and seafood with salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped cilantro, cover with lemon juice, and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Slice the onion into julienne strips and sauté with oil for one minute in a pot.

Step 6 : Then, add the blended chili and let it boil for 5 minutes.

Step 7 : Add the fish and seafood to the pot and cook until they boil and are cooked through, approximately 3-4 minutes.

Step 8 : Once ready, remove from heat.

Step 9 : Finally, serve garnished with lettuce leaves, cooked corn, sliced sweet potatoes, and a sprig of cilantro.
