Ingredients

36 Mussels

1 cup of Diced onion

¼ cup of Diced rocoto pepper

¼ cup of Chopped parsley

½ cup of Diced tomato

½ cup of Lime juice

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

2 liters of Water

2 Boiled and shelled corn

2 Diced tomato

2 Lime slices

Preparation

Step 1 : The mussels should be washed and boiled in salted water until they open.

Step 2 : Then, remove half of the shell and clean them.

Step 3 : Proceed to mix the other ingredients such as onion, tomato, rocoto, corn, and seasonings, then cover each mussel with this mixture.

Step 4 : When serving, it is recommended to garnish with chopped parsley and lime slices.
