Chonta Salad
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Chontas
6 Lemons
8 Tomatoes
6 Onions
1 Medium avocado
1 Lettuce
Olive oil
Oregano, pepper, and salt
Preparation
Step 1 : The first step is to wash and de-leaf the chonta.
Step 2 : Then, it should be chopped into small pieces.
Step 3 : In a separate bowl, cut the onions into julienne strips, the tomatoes into small chunks, as well as the avocado and lettuce.
Step 4 : Next, in a bowl, combine the lemon juice, a splash of olive oil, the chopped vegetables, and the chonta.
Step 5 : Mix the ingredients and add salt, oregano, and pepper to taste.
