Anticuchos
Ingredients
1 ½ kilogram of Beef heart
3 Potatoes
4 Corn kernels
3 Crushed garlic
2 Chilies
½ cup of Vinegar
Oil
Cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper

Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the beef heart into appropriately sized pieces for the skewers and season with salt, oregano, cumin, and pepper to taste.
Step 2 : In a bowl or bag, place the heart along with the crushed garlic, chopped chilies, vinegar, and a little oil, marinating for several hours.
Step 3 : Once marinated, remove the heart pieces and thread them onto the skewers for grilling over charcoal.
Step 4 : To accompany the dish, cut some slices of potatoes that are lightly cooked in boiling water and then grilled.
Step 5 : Similarly, cook the corn or corn pieces in water until ready.
Step 6 : Finally, serve the beef heart skewers together with the grilled corn and potatoes.
