Andean Salad
Ingredients
1 cup of Quinoa
200 grams of Black beans
2 Avocados
2 Pickles
3 Tomatoes
2 Lemons (juice)
Cilantro
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the salad, first cook the quinoa and beans separately.
Step 2 : Once they are ready, assemble the salad in a bowl.
Step 3 : Add the quinoa, beans, chopped avocados, chopped pickles, chopped tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
Step 4 : Then, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
Step 5 : Mix all ingredients well and serve.
