Ingredients

¾ kilogram of Purple corn

1 Large pineapple

4 Lemons

1 cup of Sugar

4 Cloves

¾ kilogram of Cooking apple

1 Cinnamon stick

4 liters of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this refreshing beverage, first boil in a large pot the purple corn, apple peels, pineapple peels, cinnamon, and cloves with 3 liters of water.

Step 2 : Then, cook covered over low heat for 45 minutes, strain, and reserve the resulting liquid.

Step 3 : Next, boil the peels again with 1.5 liters of additional water over low heat and covered for another 45 minutes.

Step 4 : Strain again and combine with the previous liquid.

Step 5 : To give it the final touch, add sugar to taste and lemon juice.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the drink well chilled to enjoy it fully.
