Ingredients

120 milliliters of Pure Pisco

30 milliliters of Gum syrup

30 milliliters of Lemon juice

½ Egg white

2 Ice cubes

2 Drops of Angostura bitters

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious cocktail, in a shaker or blender, all the essential ingredients should be placed in the following order: first the pisco, then the gum syrup, next the lemon juice, and finally the egg white.

Step 2 : You can also add ice cubes according to your preference.

Step 3 : If using a shaker, shake for 10 seconds.

Step 4 : If using a blender, blend for five seconds.

Step 5 : It is recommended to serve the cocktail in two stages: first fill the glass halfway, pause, and then fill the other half.

Step 6 : If desired, decorate each glass with two drops of Angostura bitters.

Step 7 : Once ready, enjoy this refreshing drink, always remembering to drink in moderation.
