Gu banana Champús
Ingredients
5 cups of Water
2 Cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 cup of Pineapple peel in pieces
½ Quince
½ Apple
1 Pineapple slice
½ kilogram of Sugar
100 grams of Cooked grated corn (mote)
½ cup of Corn flour
1 ½ cup of Banana slices
½ Lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, boil water with cloves, cinnamon, and pineapple peel for 15 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, strain the liquid and bring it back to the stove.
Step 3 : Add quince, apple, pineapple, and sugar, cooking for another 15 minutes.
Step 4 : Next, add the mote, corn flour dissolved in pineapple water, and banana, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5 : Once ready, remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Step 6 : To serve, pour the hot preparation into glasses and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
