Ingredients

½ kilogram of Cherries

1 ½ cup of Sugar

1 Bottle of pisco

teaspoon of Ground cinnamon

teaspoon of Ground cloves

Preparation

Step 1 : Cherries are carefully washed and soaked in water for 1 hour.

Step 2 : Then, the pits are removed and half of them are crushed, while the other half are left with the pits.

Step 3 : Sugar is placed in a pot and boiled to a thick syrup, removed from heat and the cherries are added.

Step 4 : Once cooled, mix with pisco, cinnamon, and cloves, and let macerate for 1 month in an airtight jar, shaking it occasionally.

Step 5 : After this time, strain the cherry liqueur through a synthetic fiber cloth to obtain a smooth and delicious liqueur.
