2 Chopped quinces
¼ kilogram of Hominy
2 liters of Water
1 Cinnamon stick
5 Cloves
2 Orange leaves
¼ teaspoon of Anise seeds
3 Chopped apples
1 Grapefruit wedges
Sugar
½ kilogram of Yellow corn
Ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, first soak the hominy overnight in a vessel with water.
Step 2 : The next day, cook it over low heat until tender, making sure not to add salt to prevent hardening.
Step 3 : In a separate pot, pour water with cinnamon, cloves, orange leaves, and anise, bringing it to a boil for 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Then strain it and cook the apples and quinces in this liquid until tender.
Step 5 : Next, dissolve the cornstarch in water and add it to the liquid, stirring constantly until it thickens.
