Ingredients
½ cup of Rice
3 cups of Water
2 cans of Condensed milk
1 can of Evaporated milk
¼ cup of Port wine
1 Cinnamon stick
½ Orange peel
Ground cinnamon

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious rice pudding, start by washing the rice and then boiling it with the orange peel and the whole cinnamon stick for 15 minutes until cooked.
Step 2 : Once ready, remove from heat and discard the cinnamon and orange peel.
