Ingredients

½ cup of Rice

3 cups of Water

2 cans of Condensed milk

1 can of Evaporated milk

¼ cup of Port wine

1 Cinnamon stick

½ Orange peel

Ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious rice pudding, start by washing the rice and then boiling it with the orange peel and the whole cinnamon stick for 15 minutes until cooked.

Step 2 : Once ready, remove from heat and discard the cinnamon and orange peel.

Step 3 : Then, add both types of milk and heat over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Next, incorporate the port and let it boil for an additional 3 minutes.

Step 5 : Once done, let it cool slightly and then pour into a serving dish.
