Ingredients
½ kilogram of Black beans
1 kilogram of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of Ground cloves
½ cup of Water
2 cups of Evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this bean sweet, it is important to start by thoroughly washing the beans and then cooking them in a pot with enough water to cover them.
Step 2 : Once they are cooked, they should be blended with the milk.
Step 3 : In a separate pot, prepare a syrup with the sugar and other ingredients, except the sesame seeds.
Step 4 : When the syrup is ready, add the blended beans and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Step 5 : It is crucial to ensure the syrup doesn’t burn or turn too dark, as this could give the dessert a bitter taste.
Step 6 : Finally, let it cool before serving in small bowls and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
