Ingredients
2 Boiled white potatoes
½ cup of Potato water
6 tablespoons of Sugar
2 tablespoons of Fresh yeast
3 cups of Unprepared flour
10 Egg yolks
6 tablespoons of Butter
2 tablespoons of Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : Begin by peeling the hot potatoes and mashing them.
Step 2 : Then, add the potato water, one tablespoon of sugar, the yeast, and one cup of flour, mixing everything well.
Step 3 : Let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
Step 4 : Next, add the egg yolks, the remaining sugar, the butter, the oil, and the remaining flour.
Step 5 : Allow the dough to rise again for an hour and a half, ensuring it remains soft.
Step 6 : Afterward, shape the small breads using a bit of flour and the prepared dough, either round or in a spiral, estimating about 25 grams for each.
Step 7 : Place them on a greased baking sheet and let rise for one hour.
Step 8 : Once they have grown, bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
