Pork Mazamorra
Ingredients
1 cup of Milk
1 cup of Flour
1 cup of Pork meat
Water
Ground cinnamon
Cloves
Honey
Orange zest
Preparation
Step 1 : The pork meat is covered and washed with water.
Step 2 : Once well washed, it is placed in a pot with more water, cinnamon, orange zest, and cloves, and boiled for 10 minutes.
Step 3 : In a separate container, mix the flour, milk, and a bit of honey.
Step 4 : This mixture is incorporated into the pot with the already boiled pork meat.
Step 5 : All cook together for 20 minutes.
Step 6 : Once ready, it can be frozen for later or consumed hot.
