Ingredients

1 kilogram of Corn or maize

200 grams of Butter

250 grams of Sugar

Black raisin bunch

Vanilla

1 pinch of Salt

Step 2 : Then, add it to a bowl and knead well until obtaining a uniform dough, adding the necessary water.

Step 3 : Once the dough is ready, incorporate the butter, sugar, raisins, and a touch of vanilla.

Step 4 : Mix all ingredients thoroughly while kneading.

Step 5 : Place portions of the dough in tamale leaves and tie firmly.

Step 6 : Cook the tamales in a pot with boiling water for at least 30 minutes.
