Peruvian-style Mashed Bean Dessert
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Black beans
1 kilogram of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of Ground cloves
½ cup of Water
2 cups_plural of Evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the beans and place them in a pot, covering them with water.
Step 2 : Cook until they are ready, then blend together with the milk.
Step 3 : In another pot, prepare the syrup with the remaining ingredients, except the sesame seeds.
Step 4 : Once the syrup is ready, add the beans, stirring constantly until the bottom of the pot is visible.
Step 5 : Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 6 : To serve, sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on top.
