Ingredients

1 liter of Leche

500 grams of Azúcar

250 grams of Maicena

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, add half a liter of milk to a pot and mix with sugar, bringing the mixture to a boil for 5 minutes.

Step 2 : In a separate container, combine the remaining half liter of milk with the cornstarch.

Step 3 : Then, add this mixture of milk and cornstarch to the pot with the boiling sweetened milk, stir constantly, and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Once ready, place the dessert in the freezer for 2 hours to get it very cold before serving.
