Cherimoya Bavarois
Ingredients
6 Egg whites
6 tablespoons of Sugar
2 Cherimoyas
1 Lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoon of Powdered gelatin
2 cups of Chocolate fudge
Preparation
Step 1 : Dissolve the powdered gelatin in 1/3 cup of water and heat until dissolved.
Step 2 : Let it cool slightly.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, peel and seed the cherimoyas, cut into pieces, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 4 : Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, then add the sugar and continue beating.
Step 5 : Incorporate the dissolved gelatin and chill into the mixture, along with the cherimoya.
Step 6 : Pour the mixture into a greased mold and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 7 : When serving, carefully unmold over hot water and decorate with chocolate fudge or chocolate sauce.
