Bread Pudding
Ingredients
10 Stale bread
4 cups of Sugar
50 grams of Butter
½ cup of Raisins
2 liters of Milk
Vanilla
Ground cinnamon
Orange zest
Preparation
Step 1 : Begin by soaking the cut bread in pieces into the milk.
Step 2 : Proceed to make caramel with 2 cups of sugar and a bit of water, pouring it into the pudding mold.
Step 3 : In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the soaked bread mixture, lemon zest, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Step 4 : Add the melted butter and 2 cups of sugar, along with the raisins.
Step 5 : Pour the mixture into the pudding mold and cook in a water bath for 1 hour.
Step 6 : Once ready, let it cool and invert the pudding before enjoying.
